Merry Christmas Santa

Here is the elaborate setup the kids did for Santa.  There are 2 of each kind of cookie that we made, a glass of milk, and carrots for the reindeer.  Plus, the cookie jars are there in case Santa wants more cookies.  This way he will have easy access and also he can see that some of the jars look just like him.  And as a side bonus, they added the slice of pizza in case he wants something different.

The Crumble

Last week, my Grandpa Jim was having some heart trouble. We were still waiting for some test results to find out what was going on. (BTW, Everything's OK!) Chris overheard me telling Ron about it. He then asked me if he had a crumble in his heart. Turns out that at school his teacher had told the class that every time you say something mean to someone else you get a crumble in your heart that you have to live with for the rest of the day. So sweet of Chris to be worried.

Why do I have to use this?

Since Payton is still so small, we have her use one of those toilet seat inserts so she won't fall in the toilet. And, of course, she's tried not using it and fallen in. So the other day, Ron was insisting that she use it. After some arguing she looked at him and finally said, "Why do I have this little butt hole?"
