Women are better than men

Payton and I went to see Wonder Woman last night.  After one scene where WW kicks butt in amazing fashion, I leaned over to Payton and said, "Look at here go!"  She leaned back and said, "That's because women are better than men."

It warmed my heart that she thinks this.  In a world where women are mostly considered not as good, I'm glad her 10-year-old mind thinks this.  All too soon, that may change.  But I hope not.

It's just straight back

In order to get our bikes down, we have to pull my car out of the garage.  At dinner, when I talking about doing this, Christopher says, "Can I back the car out of the garage?"  He's only 13!  After hearing the answer of no, he says, "What could possibly go wrong?  It's just straight back."  Let's work on going forward first.
