White meat vs Dark meat

I made a turkey for dinner.  (I know, it's July.  But we need to defrost our outside freezer so we need to use up everything, including the turkey)  I asked Payton if she wanted white meat or dark meat.  She wanted to try the white meat.  Upon deciding that it was too dry, she told me, "Momma, I don't like this kind.  I want to try the slimey kind."
