We had a beautiful day for our visit to the apple orchard. The kids had a great time playing on the peddle tractors, feeding the animals, getting their faces painted, and going through the "slightly" haunted house. And we managed to pick 2 bushels of apples too (which all added up to 6 pies, 11 1/2 quarts of applesauce, and 13 jars of applebutter).
